Who needs an OLCC alcohol server permit?
Anyone who mixes, sells and/or serves alcohol by the drink. AND anyone who manages people who mix, sell and/or serve alcohol by the drink. With 1-2-3 Permit Me!, it's easy to get your server permit!

What does it cost?
The class tuition is only $30.00! You could pay more and spend even more time in class, but why?

Why choose a live class over an online course?
1. You can be legal to serve right after completing our class and an OLCC application. Not necessarily so with an online class! Will you save gas by taking an online course? Not if you have to drive somewhere to get your application signed! (Not sure how this works? Call or email me. I can help! kris123permitme@aol.com or call toll free 1-866-568-1782).
2. Because you are at a live class, you will not be kicked-off or need to reboot your computer and our instructors won't crash your system! You don't need to be a computer whiz to figure out what you need in equipment either! We provide everything you need right in class.
3. Our classes are actually fun AND it's a great way to network with others! Job search assistance is provided at every public class!

Do I need to bring anything to class?
First, please arrive to class about 10 minutes before class is to begin as class will begin right on the hour. You will need to bring your class tuition of $30 cash. Exact change is always appreciated. Personal checks are not accepted for your class tuition. Business checks must be approved BEFORE class. (Call for details of pre-approval of business checks). If you have not paid the OLCC application fee of $23 yet, you will need to bring a check or money order for $23, payable to the OLCC. Cash cannot be accepted for the OLCC fee as it will be mailed with your application. If you have already paid this fee, mailed your application and it’s within 45 days of your class, you will not need to pay an additional OLCC application fee. We will provide you with a blank OLCC applications, handbook, pencils and highlighters for you to use while you're in class.

Can I be legal to serve right after passing a class?
YES! Our OLCC certified instructors are authorized to sign your applications! (NOTE: Requires an OLCC application. The OLCC fee for this application is $23.00. This application can be completed and sent in before you take our class, or you can complete this application at class. No matter what Provider you choose to take your class from, you will still need this $23 application to receive your permit!)

What is the "application"?
The application is the form that you'll fill out and send to the OLCC with their $23.00 fee in a check or money order form. (Click here to Download and print TWO application forms). You'll need one copy to send to the OLCC and one copy to keep with your class tuition receipt. The form must be signed by you and your employer. However, if you do not have an employer, our instructors can sign the form! Just be sure to bring both copies of the application to class, or fill out the form we will have available at class. This will make it possible for you to serve directly after class! Remember, you must have completed both the application and the class with exam to receive your server permit. Questions? Yikes! An Exam??
No worries! Our OLCC certified instructors will be certain you're ready. The exam contains 50 questions with multiple choice answers. 98% of all students who take the exam PASS!

How do I find the best class for me?
1. Review our online calendar, choose a class and then register! OR
2. Call us and we'll assist you in finding the best class for you. OR
3. Email us and we'll add you to the class of choice. Whatever method you choose, we encourage you not to wait, as space is limited.

Do I have to pre-pay to register for a class with 1-2-3 Permit Me!?
NO WAY! Just register for the class of your choice. You pay for the class only after you have taken the exam. ($30 tuition in cash, business check or money order only. Exact change is always appreciated!)

Can I just "walk-in" to a class that I didn't previously register?
Of course you can! However, occasionally an emergency will arise and we must reschedule a class. Only those who have registered will be notified. Remember, registering is free and NO PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED!

Do you have private classes?
Easy at 1-2-3! With a minimum of only 5 people, in most areas - call for specifics. If you have fewer, check to see if we can accommodate you! Great discounts for classes of 25 or more attending!

3. Call or text at 503-367-5690. That's it! Once the appointment is made, we come right to your place of business, at your convenience, morning, noon or night, weekdays or weekends! We make it as easy as possible for you to complete this part of the permit process!

Oops! The 45 days I was given to take my class has expired. Now what?
You will still need to take the class and now you'll need to complete a second application and enclose another $23 check payable to the OLCC. Good news! Our classes are not only fun, fast, and easy! They are complete and convenient! You can take our class, fill out your OLCC application, and upon paying for the class and your OLCC application, you will be legal to serve immediately!

Winter is coming and due to bad driving conditions I may have to cancel. What happens now?
In dangerous winter weather it is possible classes may be canceled, even at the last minute. We make every effort not to cancel any class. Please verify your class will be held.
