Kris Young is an OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) Certified Provider/Instructor and owner of 1-2-3 Permit Me! Kris has over 20,000 hours of experience in the Hospitality industry and related business, having managed a chemical dependency program as well. We are experienced and ready to assist you with all your alcohol server education needs!
